Anyway, I decided to make this post less useless, though it will never attain that status...
Hofud was the sword of the Norse god Heimdall, guardian of Bifrost, the rainbow bridge to Asgard, abode of the Æsir (New Norse gods). He was also bearer of the Gjallarhorn which he would sound to signal the beginning of Ragnarok.
